Audio-Visual Service - Space Reservation

There are audio-visual rooms for the faculties and students to watch films. You can reserve the rooms at the service desk or register in advance on our  Space Management System. Please be noted that 3 student cards or faculty cards are needed for reserving and entering the rooms.

Room IV is for group audio-visual materials watching, art and culture activities, and speeches etc. When not affecting the aforementioned activities, sections of the school can apply for seminars, speeches and other activities. For reservation, please check the available time here, fill in the application form and then turn in to the library for approval. Please be noted that the seal or sign of Director of Department is essential.

Digital Studio is for digital material making, audio-visual recording and topic reports making. We also provide video cameras and tripods on loan. For reservation, please check the available time here, fill in the application form and then turn in to the library for approval.
